Terms & Conditions

Digital Kaigeh provides website design, development, and digital marketing services for Malaysian local businesses. All services are delivered remotely.

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• One-time fees are due in full before work commences
• Monthly recurring fees are billed on the 1st of each month via Stripe (card) or FPX/Maybank2U upon request
• Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before services are paused

• Setup fees are non-refundable once website design work has commenced
• If work has not yet commenced, a full refund of the setup fee is issued within 7 business days
• Monthly recurring fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
• Package A (RM 2,500) is non-refundable once the website has been delivered and approved by the client

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and content within 7 days of payment
• Review and provide feedback on designs within 5 business days of delivery
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property

• All packages include up to 3 rounds of design revisions
• Additional revisions beyond 3 rounds: RM 150 per round
• Revision requests must be submitted via WhatsApp in a single consolidated list per round

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content
• Digital Kaigeh retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing

Digital Kaigeh will not share client business information, data, or content with any third party without explicit written consent.

Digital Kaigeh is not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue arising from website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party platform outages (hosting, Stripe, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google)
• Specific advertising results — ad performance depends on market conditions, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms outside our control

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
